Jordee Williford, Director of Construction

Jordee’s career combines design and construction, offering a unique approach that begins with a creative vision. A Georgia native with a degree in Landscape Architecture from the University of Georgia, Jordee’s career spans architecture, custom millwork, cabinetry, sign development, and construction. He specializes in residential new builds, renovations, custom millwork, and boutique commercial projects, consistently delivering high-quality results with a detail-oriented, innovative approach.

Jordee leads a dedicated team of craftsmen and builders, focused on finding innovative solutions to design and construction challenges while keeping the client’s vision at the forefront. His hands-on, collaborative approach ensures every project is executed with precision, turning ideas into reality. Outside of work, Jordee enjoys playing sports with his three boys and spending time with his wife.

Kelley Lively, Director of Design

​Kelley’s passion for design began long before she entered a formal classroom. Growing up in the construction industry, she developed a deep understanding of building—from floor plans to finishes and the final touches that complete the space. Her corporate experience and travel background provided a strong foundation in business and project management, while fueling her appreciation for creating environments that offer a peaceful retreat from everyday life.

Kelley’s design philosophy centers on crafting timeless, approachable luxury that reflects each client’s unique personality. With her talented team of architectural interior designers, she ensures every detail is considered, every voice is heard, and each project is executed with precision. Kelley’s collaborative approach guarantees a seamless, enjoyable process for clients from start to finish.

When she’s not designing, Kelley enjoys an active, outdoor lifestyle with her husband and their four children, often escaping to the mountains to unwind and recharge.
